Lesson Description:

What if the biggest obstacles standing between us and a meaningful prayer life are not what we think they are? In this session, we dig into Matthew 6:5-15 and discover that Jesus himself addresses the most common struggles we face when we try to pray, comparison, repetition, a wandering mind, and guilt. The passage cuts straight to the heart of the matter: prayer is not a performance. It is a private, honest conversation with a Father who already knows what we need. When we stop measuring our prayers against what others sound like and instead close the door and simply speak to God, something shifts. We move from an audience of people to an audience of One.
