Announcements
- Spring Place School Supply Drive- We will be collecting school supplies for the students in need in our Spring Place campus community from now through Sunday, Aug 9. Donations can be dropped off in the wooden bin located in the foyer. Giveaway night is August 12 at 6:30pm.
- Prayer Meeting & Fellowship Meal - Join us this Sunday, August 2, for our monthly Prayer Meeting beginning at 5:00 PM in the sanctuary. Immediately following the prayer meeting, we will enjoy a fellowship meal together in the Fellowship Hall. The church will provide pork chops, and we invite everyone to bring a side dish or dessert to share. We hope you'll join us for a meaningful time of prayer, food, and fellowship!
- Hope for the Hungry- This Wednesday, Aug 5th, is our FREE FOOD BOX distribution day, 10am-1pm. If you or someone you know is in need of food assistance, please stop by to pick up a box. No ID required.
- Ladies Prayer Breakfast - All women are invited to join us for a morning of fellowship, encouragement, and intentional prayer on Saturday, August 8th at 9:00 AM in the LBC Fellowship Hall. As the new school year approaches, we will lift up our teachers, students, and school staff in prayer as they prepare to head back to class. Bring a Friend! This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with women in our church and community. (Please note: Childcare will not be provided for this event.)
- Liberty at the Lake- Make plans to join us for our annual Liberty at the Lake on August 16, 6-8pm at Red Clay Resort. Enjoy worship, baptism, food, fellowship and the much anticipated Life Group games. We'll see which class can keep their boat afloat! Families are welcome to swim and children must be supervised by a parent.
- "Move Up Sunday" - September 6th, is Move Up Sunday! We are so excited to launch our Garden Preschoolers, Dock Kids and Connect Youth into their new Life Group classes and Worship Environments for the upcoming year. New rooms, new friends, and amazing new adventures are coming soon as we DIVE into faith all kicking off this fall!
- Life Group Interest - We are beginning new Life Groups in September. Are you interested or would you like to suggest a new group? Click the link and fill out the form to give us your input.
- Discipleship Opportunities- Do you desire to grow as a disciple? Check out the new foundations curriculum and let us know how you would like to be involved. Click the link and fill out the form.
- Discipleship Journals- We only have a few of the large Liberty Discipleship Journals still available in the foyer- NOW ON SALE FOR ONLY $10. This is a great tool to help you learn to read the Bible and hear from God in the new year. Click here for instructions, info and a Bible reading plan.
- Listening Assistance System- We are excited to announce that hearing assistance is now available during our worship service. You can get connected to our system with these simple steps.
1) Download the "ListenWiFi" app for iPhone or Android, or use one of our wireless recievers.
2) Connect to wifi (help available in the connect booth before service) and use your own personal earbuds/headphones, or hearing device that is compatible with your smartphone. - Request to join our PRAYER AND CARE GROUP on the Liberty app to receive notifications about prayer and ministry needs within the congregation.
