Do a 30 day evaluation of your budget, debt snowball goals, savings goals, and giving goals. Make adjustments as needed.
If we are to be faithful stewards, take inventory of these things every 30 days. Ask yourself, if I keep going like I’m going, where will I be in 30, 60, 90, 180 days?

Look ahead at some things that it would be NICE to pay cash for rather than borrowing money. Is it a vacation, a gift, a party, a repair? Dream a little and set some goals for savings.

Look at your budget and make a plan for the weekends.
The things you love can KILL you! This is especially true when it comes to budgeting. How can we have enjoyable weekends, but stay faithful to our budget? You have to make a plan. Learn to cut back, but still have fun. It does not good if we eat the money we had for next week’s bills, this weekend, at our favorite restaurant! Look ahead. Plan ahead. And you will REALLY enjoy the weekends!
